No, sorry, our event is a two-day event only.
We have two types of tickets, Affiliate and Company.
If you are an Affiliate Marketer then go for our Affiliate ticket which is only for independent affiliates, media buyers and website operators promoting affiliate offers. This ticket admits one person and is for general admission. You will have access to the main areas of our event which includes, speeches, networking sessions, panels, the exhibition floor and also access to our official party.
If you are an employee of affiliate networks, advertisers, traffic sources, solution and service providers, or agencies then the Company ticket is for you. This ticket admits one person and is for general admission. It gives you similar access to the Affiliate ticket, however your ticket will advertise your company name and logo. Your company name, logo and description will also be featured on our ‘Companies’ page in the Exhibition Guide.
All attendees must be at least 18 years old.
No, your badge must be collected by yourself and used only by yourself.
Please remember to bring a valid photo ID which may be required upon collection.
Absolutely! You’ll need to provide a name for each ticket at the time of purchase. However, this can be updated later by emailing our team here.
You can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 48 hours before the event by emailing our team here.
Your confirmation email will be sent from AFFILIATE TAKEOVER via noreply@ticketspice.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t locate it, feel free to reach out to us here, and our team will be happy to help!
Yes, we can assist with providing an invitation letter to support your visa application. To request one, please email us here with the following details:
- Your full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Your passport number
- Your ticket confirmation number
Please note that you must have purchased a ticket for the event before we can issue an invitation letter.
We also recommend checking with your local government or embassy for information on the travel documents and visas required to enter Barcelona. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific advice on individual visa or travel requirements. Make sure to apply for your visa as early as possible to avoid delays.

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk ticket purchases of 5 or more tickets. Simply add at least 5 tickets to your basket at checkout, and the discount will be automatically applied. It's that easy!
Venue and Travel
If you want to travel by taxi, hailing is super convenient in Barcelona.
Alternatively, you can download the apps Cabify or FreeNow.
If you’d like to travel by public transport, the nearest metro station is Plaça Espanya.
Our event venue is conveniently located directly across from the InterContinental Barcelona. Additionally, there are many excellent hotels and Airbnbs in the surrounding area.

Medical Assistance:
For general medical assistance, please speak to a member of the Affiliate Takeover team, who will be happy to help. In case of a medical emergency, dial 112 to request an ambulance.
Fire Safety:
In the event of a fire, evacuate the building immediately using the nearest marked fire exit. Leave your belongings behind and do not re-enter the building until authorities confirm it is safe to do so. To report a fire, call 112.
Police Assistance:
To report an incident to the police, dial 112.

To attend Affiliate Takeover, you’ll need to collect your badge. Badge collection will take place at our event venue, starting on 8th July. Specific collection times will be announced closer to the event, so stay tuned by following our socials (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok) and checking our website for updates. Please remember to bring a valid ID, as it will be required to collect your ticket badge.
It’s not mandatory, but we highly recommend collecting your badge early to avoid long queues on Show Day 1.
